Caleb didn’t like to wait around in other areas, too. He and his wife got married before they were old enough to drink in the U.S., and now they have two kids. “I don’t like to mess around when it comes to life, business or school,” Caleb says.

His first job post-college was a learning experience. Caleb managed operations at a company when he was just 19. But things didn’t go as planned. He was let go from his position, which became a turning point. Without a degree or a job, Caleb had to hustle. He started a marketing consulting business, creating websites.

And then, he joined Inspire Brands, a company where he learned a lot about consumer insights. Even with his great job, Caleb felt something was missing. “I realized that I really did not enjoy working for someone else,” he shared. This led him to side hustle until it became his main hustle. With his wife’s support, Caleb quit his job and took the leap into full-time entrepreneurship.

Now, Caleb runs his company with a mission to help all kinds of businesses. His clients range from small boutiques to international giants. “We may look small from the outside, but we’re pretty large from the inside,” he proudly states.

In his own words, Caleb said, “I have a three-figure offer in my inbox right now. So I might take that. Just kidding.” This humor illustrates the humble yet confident demeanor with which Caleb approaches business opportunities.

He suggests, “Talk to other business owners… make a phone call out to companies that they’re working with.” It’s crucial to do your homework and ensure you’re partnering with the right agency for the best results.

So, what’s Caleb’s secret recipe? Spoiler alert: There isn’t one magic potion. He likens their approach to following a Gordon Ramsay recipe—everyone can have the recipe, but not everyone can make it taste the same.
